Before you return a wondrbox  product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are handcrafted by traditional artisans in India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from the others. The wood grain you see on some products is natural and a sign of the beautiful texture of the product, not a blemish.

That said, if you change your mind about an order you placed or by chance, receive a damaged product, we are happy to help you.
